We are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to support a public sector department in Doncaster. The role will be 37.5 hours per week, covering Monday-Friday. Pay starting at £13-18 p/h An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experience change facilitator to take on a key project manager role within the Programme Management Office, supporting the successful delivery of critical projects. The post holder will have overall responsibility for the business analysis aspects of identified projects, including: To act as project lead for a portfolio of transformation projects ensuing project purpose, objectives and benefits are clearly defined and delivered to agreed timescales. To lead on the development and management of project and communication plans. To establish mechanisms to identify, quantify and monitor the impact of change to demonstrate measurable benefits realisation/sound financial management and efficiency release/risk management and mitigation To identify and engage in processes to effectively manage interdependencies with other projects/workstreams, Set, coordinate and take action to address any slippage in project delivery from the widest perspective, including: time, cost and quality. The post holder will be educated to degree level in a relevant area and will have demonstrable experience in the use of project / programme management methodologies, strong and proven analytical skills with a keen eye to detail. The post holder must also have resilience with a strong drive for continuous improvement. Experience in the NHS or a large, complex environment is essential, as are excellent communication and IT skills. You should have a smart, presentable appearance. Be personable and approachable. A team player with the ability to work on your own initiative is needed here and you should be prepared to work additional hours if and when reasonably requested.
