This role can be based out of the Global Development Centre in the northwest of England or the Global Executive Headquarters near London. There will be 20% international travel in this position, plus up to an additional 20% within the UK to the Global Development Centre for recruits based near London as you will have to travel to the main site in Deeside. Responsibilities include: Market research and analytics to understand the complete needs of users and key stakeholders New product development project support, through to launch and life-cycle management Go-to-market strategy development for new solution offerings Customer experience innovation & development, including digital tools & support Conception, definition and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns Candidate's Profile The ideal Associate Global Marketing Manager will have: Bachelor's degree with excellent results (minimum 2:1 or international equivalent) from a leading university (top 10 UK or international equivalent) required, with a preference for science or engineering graduates New or recent graduate with 2-3 years of experience Demonstrated analytical and creative abilities Passion for technology and marketing, with an entrepreneurial spirit Proven leadership and execution skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in consulting, high-tech, consumer or healthcare industries an advantage Self-motivated and coachable International experience required – via full-time position or internship What's on offer £40,000 - £45,000 plus car allowance and great benefits package Coaching, mentoring and training will be provided as part of the Associate Marketing Manager program.
