Macildowie Recruitment are pleased to be supporting an award winning business in their search for a Graduate Recruitment Manager for 12 month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a business that really place their values at the heart of their business and the way they operate. The role is a 12 month contract and will pay up to £40,000. The Role As the Graduate Recruitment Manager you will oversee the complete cycle for recruitment into Graduate positions, as well as tracking the progress of all candidates that join the business. You will be responsible for managing one recruitment officer as well as liaising with a variety of internal stakeholders and external service providers. In terms of candidate attraction you will manage the whole recruitment marketing campaign, which will involve a mix of marketing events, print and digital media, and online social activities. You will manage creation of content for all platforms, ensuring that all content is on brand and demonstrates the business' values. For the assessment of candidates you will conduct initial screening and will use assessment centres to determine the most suitable candidates for trainee and placement year positions within the business. For anyone that is not selected, you will ensure continued engagement through regular online groups and events. Once selected, you will organise inductions and further training for candidates, as well as monitoring the progress of all candidates throughout their traineeship or placement year. The Person You will have experience in a similar graduate recruitment role as well as previous line manager responsibility. You will be able to think on your feet, but also be highly organised. You will be proactive in addressing any issues early on and will be able to make decisions on behalf of others with their interests in mind. You will have excellent communication skills, have experience with higher education and will have good levels of experience with social media.
