Salesforce Developer/Tech Lead - Contract, Maidenhead We’re excited to say we’re looking for someone to join our great IT team as a Developer / Tech Lead on a contractor basis to help achieve this The right candidate will be based in our Head Office in Maidenhead. As mentioned this is a great opportunity for an experienced Developer/Tech Lead to join us on a contract basis – the successful applicant will lead the configuration, development and architecture of CRM platform (primarily Sales/Service cloud) within the Rank Group environment. They will also own and oversee designing, implementing, testing, deploying and maintenance of solutions across our instance. As a Administrator, you will: · Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the platform including work in Apex, VisualForce and data migration, where appropriate. · Hands on design and development within Sales and Service Cloud environments. · Manage and advise on technical delivery of projects/integrations from a technical point of view & judges the trade-offs with technology and feasibility and makes choices that fit the constraints of the projects. · Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and release management. · Manage technical environments to ensure safe, secure and organized deployment of projects/code/configuration & administer system releases using standardised release management techniques. · Works directly with internal customers to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution. · Carry out ongoing small changes to based on prioritized business requirements. · Provide 3rd/4th line support the system on an ongoing basis. You need to have the following · Salesforce certification is essential · JavaScript, CSS, etc. · Several real-world client deliveries · Proven solution engineering and real-world delivery experience · Understanding of both Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery models · Understand the importance of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) · Full understanding of SFDC development best practices. Personal Qualities: · Clear & confident technical communication skills · Strong Communication skills written and verbal · Excellent attention to detail · Able to take fuzzy requirements and create a robust solution from them Excellent communicator who can proactively help (and works well with) others.
