Role Summary To develop, maintain and enhance responsive IBM BPM workflow applications and other automation/robotics tools within this domain. Key Responsibilities Undertakes complete design of simple applications using simple templates and tools. Assists as part of a team on design of components of larger systems. Produces detailed designs including for example: physical data flows, file layouts, common routines; Applies data analysis and data modelling techniques to establish, modify or maintain a data structure and its associated components (entity descriptions, relationship descriptions, attribute definitions); Uses appropriate methods and tools in the development, maintenance, control and distribution of quality and environmental standards. Makes technical changes to quality and environmental standards according to documented procedures; Contributes, under instruction, to the production and distribution of documentation items, to testing the content and layout of specific deliverables, and to the configuration of documentation items and files; Designs, codes, tests, corrects and documents simple programs. Assists in the implementation of software which forms part of a properly engineered information or communications system; Conduct reviews of supplied specifications and assist in design and development reviews; Within given research goals, build upon and refine appropriate outline ideas for research, i.e. evaluation, development, demonstration and implementation; S eek to continuously improve own knowledge of relevant IT fields and technologies. Report on work carried out and contribute to knowledge sharing; Grow relationships with key stakeholders across IT and the firm. Requirements Essential Experience of IBM BPM Workflow product or similar Enterprise Workflow platform; Javascript, Angular.JS and JQuery. Desirable Technical Skills BP3 Brazos UI Toolkit; HTML5, CSS, Responsive Design, Bootstrap UI; Knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPATH and XML Schemas; Javascript, Angular.JS and JQuery; Agile methodology experience; .NET technologies and languages including but not limited to Visual Studio, C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Entity Frameworks, MVC, WCF, XML Web Services, WebApi, SQL Server, LINQ; REST, JSON; Subversion; CruiseControl.NET; JIRA; SonarQube; ReSharper. Essential Experience Building sophisticated workflow services and applications in IBM BPM / BP3 BrazosUI utilizing best practices to deliver high-quality solutions; Awareness of backend services using WebAPIs or WCF; Test framework exposure; Continuous Integration / Improvement using source control, automated build/test and code coverage analysis tools. Desirable Experience Experience and skills in building sophisticated server-side and desktop services and applications in C# utilizing best-practice tools and technologies that deliver high-quality software solutions; Experience and skills in building ASP.NET Web applications in both WebForms and MVC using responsive design and frameworks; Experience and skills in building a backend services using WebAPIs or WCF; Experience in designing and running test cycles/unit tests/test scripts for web applications using any test framework; Experience in continuous Integration / Improvement using source control, automated build/test and code coverage analysis tools; Agile methodology experience; Experience in Automation tools e.g. Automation Anywhere, winRobot, BPM workflow - BP3 MCSE qualification desirable.
