Job Title: Account/Marketing Administrator Location: Canary Wharf Salary: £ 16 000 - £20 000 (DOE) Hours: 9am-5pm About the Company: is an online job portal that provides jobs to the property industry. As a startup company with exciting opportunities in the property sector, we are looking for highly motivated Account and Marketing Administrator to join our team. We are looking for the right administrator to help grow the company by looking after our clients’ accounts and creating strong target marketing campaigns within the property industry to make sure all their needs are met. This is a two tiered role where you will be in constant contact with our clients and dealing their online accounts and supervising the marketing campaigns to make sure the clients’ receive the right candidates for their advertised roles. The candidate will also be working directly with the sales team in implementing marketing and publicity strategies to achieve maximum exposure and productivity. The Job: • Will keep in constant weekly contact with our clients to make sure their accounts are running smoothly • More specifically the role entails speaking with clients, creating client reports, maintaining good working relationships, dealing with any client issues, upselling products and all client information on the back end • The candidate will organise and maintain all email marketing campaigns, social media updates, online adverts and Google and PPC Campaigns • Will monitor our website for accuracy, updates needed and any possible issues • Will create and use reports and analytics to monitor, interpret and report conversions on marketing campaigns and client satisfaction • The role requires competent English writing skills as it will involve writing up marketing emails, adverts, blogs when needed Skills Needed: • Communication - Excellent writing and communication skills. • Creativity - A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. • Determination – A confident and serious approach to marketing outreach strategies. • Initiative - The skills to work both independently and as part of a team. • Competitiveness - The capability to thrive in a competitive environment and still be a good team member. • Business Development - Create opportunities through marketing campaigns and social media strategies. • Highly Motivated - A high degree of self-motivation is required. • Sales & Target Driven - A target driven worker. • Organization - Ability to multitask and stay organized • Problem Solving – Able to problem solve, think on the spot and think out of the box • Quick Learner – needs to be able to learn new systems and reporting methods quickly Experience/Qualifications: • An Administration and Customer Service background is essential • Customer Service- a supportive and salesmanship role with clients making sure their accounts are running efficiently and they are getting the high standard of service/applications they require form our site and staff. • IT proficient (competent in all Microsoft Programs) • Working knowledge of search engine optimization methods, especially in applying keywords in titles and content that will be used for all online marketing campaigns. • Whilst no direct experience or qualifications in online marketing or sales systems are needed (as this will be trained internally and courses provided). Experience in any of these systems would help: •Mail Chimp •Google Analytics •Google Adverts •All Social Media (posting as well as adverts) •Excel •Salesforce Duties/Roles: • Manages, develops, and implements marketing activities to maximize sales of our brand. • Developing detailed marketing strategies and liaising with other teams to determine more demand and awareness for our services. • Identifying prospective leads and forwarding these prospects to the sales team; property firms in need of staffing. • Developing marketing campaigns that will give our career portal an optimal exposure to our target market. • Research and provide advice on competitors for service development and focused marketing initiatives. • Trains the in-house staff on the use of advanced marketing methods. • Monitors market trends, penetration, and competitive gains or losses. • Develop, manage, and leverage diverse networks for marketing data.
