Job Overview The main focus of this role will be to support the Digital Sales and Marketing team’s activities and play a key part in contributing to the overall success of the team in driving sales of blended and online learning programmes at masters level on a part time basis, working with high quality UK universities, targeting a predominately international audience. The post holder will provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team, acting as a central point of contact and liaison for marketing materials and providing proactive and timely administrative support in communications and operations. Job Description Key Responsibilities To work with the CEG Digital Sales and Marketing team and University partners to assist with the development of a range of marketing collateral including print and electronic media and publications. To assist in collation of KPI data and generating detailed reports on leads, applications and conversion. To keep University partners’ website up-to-date, monitor and update partner’s information as required. To assist in monitoring social media activities and contribute to publishing materials and content for social media channels. To provide communication support to off-site regional managers ensuring that they have up-to-date marketing information. To assist in the collection of information regarding University partners and students news-worthy success stories and disseminating this information to the Sales and Marketing team and recruitment partners. To assist in the creation of the CEG Digital prospectus, print collateral, monitoring stock levels and assistance with distribution. To assist the team with general duties during peak recruitment periods. General Duties and Responsibilities To work within the Sales and Marketing team and with University partners. To participate in the annual Performance appraisal process. To ensure communication systems and practices support effective management arrangements and promote good relations with teams. To be responsible for own continuing self-development. To undertake other duties not specifically stated above, which from time to time are necessary for the effective performance of the business without altering the nature or level of responsibility involved. Person Specification Education Qualification in Marketing, Communication, or other relevant discipline is essential. A degree in Business, Marketing or another relevant discipline is desirable. Experience At least 12 months’ experience in a similar role. Knowledge or experience of the international education sector and UK Higher Education.
