Key Responsibilities: Delivering elements of the Company Induction - including systems and procedural training, to ensure competency in new recruits and a smooth transition to the business. Design and delivery of leadership and management material across various talent pools within the business; aspiring managers, existing managers, senior leaders. Supporting the coordination and execution of an apprentice development programme incorporating work based skills. Supporting line managers with the annual review process, identifying role based competencies and performance objectives. Delivering systems training on all internal systems. Knowledge of Oracle or SAP advantageous but not essential Assisting with employee engagement activities as specified by the Head of Talent & Engagement. Liaising with stakeholders across the business to ensure that development needs are being met. Reviewing, revising and updating all learning and development material to ensure the department offers the highest standard of interventions at all times that are credible and in line with business objectives Coordinating the logistics and resources of all L&D interventions ensuring that business needs are a priority and that any corresponding administration is up to date Keeping informed of developments in Exertis and the wider IT industry, as well as in the learning and development field Essential Requirements Graduate or graduate calibre Experience of the full training cycle An engaging, interactive and interesting delivery style Experience working with competencies and performance measures A strong facilitator Ability to communicate with and influence individuals and groups at all levels Driving licence and willingness to travel to other office locations as required Demonstrable experience in helping others to develop Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to the Ethics and Compliance and the Group Business Conduct Guidelines. Desirable Requirements Experience of working in a busy target driven environment Organisation skills - able to plan and prioritise own time and be self-motivated Willingness to study towards a professional L&D qualification.
