We are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to join our Property & Facilities Department. The role is based in our brand new Head Office in Park Royal. The Role: To assist the Property and Facilities Team with the onsite management of construction projects of existing and new branches. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of Bid proposals, strategy and constraints in order to meet project forecast deliverables and obligations within company guidelines Prepare monthly internal performance review reports for Directors/Senior Managers taking full responsibility of all operational and commercial elements of the particular contract Prepare and deliver reports for internal and external meetings Liaise with statutory authorities and coordinate the works regarding existing or new supplies and services for the Branches Develop initial ideas and acquire key information about projects by discussing requirements in detail with main stakeholders and setting project schedules Requirements: Proven extensive experience in a similar role A university degree or equivalent in a construction or any related discipline Strong PC skills are required Ability to work under tight time constraints Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to liaise effectively with company stakeholders In return we provide a great working environment, bonus scheme, plus other incentives and the opportunity to develop your skills within a growing company .
