INSTALLATION COORDINATOR £19,000 - £23,000 - Surbiton, Surrey - To Coordinate Security Systems (Alarms, CCTV) Installations, Equipment and Engineers. -OVERVIEW of Installation Coordinator - Company install Security systems and are very busy, so this role would suit someone with PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE CO-ORDINATING INSTALL or SECURITY ENGINEERS and would suit a person fine with a busy environment and able to multitask and prioritise -ROLE - To support Installation Engineers to ensure installations have equipment and correctly skilled engineers when needed on sites and jobs planned by the Security Project Manager and Security Systems Installation Managers. -LOCATION - Surbiton/ Thames Ditton, South West London/ Surrey offices Brilliant opportunity to work alongside a great upbeat office team working on all aspects inc. database and phone to organise, plan, support engineers plus invoicing & supplier calls. - DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES - of Engineering Install Coordinator/ Administrator You will be experienced as supporting and coordinating Electronic, Electrical or Security Engineers (install preferred although Service Engineers and Maintenance Engineer Coordinator considered) Days will involve - Updating and administering an in house database and Excel) - Recording variations, customer requests, engineering feedback and rescheduling times. - Controlling , Scheduling and coordinating Multiple Service Engineers at one time. - Communicating with internal managers and external customers to get faults fixed - Prioritising work and assigning right skills to the right faults, and rebooking if needed - Ordering (or requesting ) any parts, equipment or stock your engineers will or do need - Using your friendly attitude to deal with challenging situations and provide right solutions - Engineering control and administration/ Support duties for maintenance/ service engineers -BEFORE YOU APPLY for Security Installation Coordinators role.
