My Client is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team just outside of Henley-On-Thames. They have a day to day involvement in the kitchen and you would be working closely together providing leadership, inspiration and training to the small, talented, friendly and hardworking kitchen brigade. You will be passionate about fresh, seasonal produce we use in our imaginative menu which changes daily. The establishment is famous for its steaks and burgers so you need to have butchery knowledge and have experience of working on the grill. You need to be able to demonstrate stable career history and provide good references upon request. If you have a passion for detail and presentation, and a desire to train and mentor junior team members.
