An excellent role for an Internal Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Co-ordinator looking to progress and establish themselves in the pharmaceutical sector. Salary: competitive 25 days' holiday bank holidays, Pension (3% matched) The Role: Internal Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Co-ordinator The Internal Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Co-ordinator would be required to facilitate the internal sales activities by generating proposals, providing information & other support services to the Internal Sales department. Internal Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Co-ordinator duties to include: Proposal writing and development from initial enquiry through to project initiation and will be instrumental in managing the client enquiry process. Responding to tenders and requests for information and proposals in an accurate timely manner. Managing and maintaining a sales pipeline and ensuring all sales administration is current using available CRM software. Preparation of client legal documentation, such as Confidentiality Agreements, Letters of Intent and Master Service Agreements. Provision of monthly Business Development data and collation of reports to the Executive Team and Board of Directors. Acquire and maintain an in depth knowledge of the organisation's areas of expertise and services for appropriate cross sell opportunities to existing clients. Travel to conferences, exhibitions and client meetings may be required from time to time.
