Reward Analyst - pa Mat Cover ideally to Perm Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 per annum Location: Somerset - Commutable from Yeovil, Taunton, Bath Essential Knowledge: Best practice job design and organisational structures Principles and models around organisation design integrity Expert in Excel spreadsheets and functionality (including macros and pivot tables) Understands how to analyse and interpret large amounts of information to enable meaningful conclusions to be drawn Highly numerate with good maths and statistical analysis skills Awareness of Reward trends in UK and major international markets Understands how to conduct market research Completion of market surveys into pay and benefits Pay benchmarking techniques Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint Ability to project manage Ability to influence stakeholders Strong attention to detail Ability to clearly articulate the rationale for judgements made to senior stakeholders SAP HR - including Ad hoc query Ability to use Excel to interpret large amounts of data, to spot trends, and provide meaningful analysis Ability to provide information on time, which is accurate and clearly explained. Successful Experience: Stakeholder management Working on projects with a close attention to detail Created end to end processes, with supporting documentation and communicated these to stakeholders Experienced in completing and using market surveys/research to benchmark pay and benefits Used Excel and other statistical methods to analyse large quantities of data, making recommendations for improvements or changes based on analysis results Due to the high volume of applications we receive it is not always possible to respond to unsuccessful applicants.
