A leading law firm based in South London is looking to recruit a Senior HR Manager on a permanent basis. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of the HR team provided to the firm’s client group. The key duties will include: · Leading the operational management of the HR team · Supporting HR Advisors to ensure they provide consistent and exemplary Employee Relations advice · Providing guidance to senior client employees on complex Employee Relations queries · Managing a caseload of complex case work · Contributing proactively towards business development · Designing and delivering training strategies to ensure the continued development of the team · Advising clients on organisational change and restructuring on an ad hoc basis The Senior HR Manager will be a dedicated HR professional, with experience of managing a team within a unionised environment. It is essential that the Manager will have a detailed working knowledge of employment legislation and best HR practice as well as an excellent knowledge of ER issues. Having strong influencing and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as the ability to manage their own busy workload. A CIPD/relevant degree qualification would be ideal.
