Position: Digital Customer Journey Manager Location: Manchester Salary: 30000 - 40000 per annum Plus bonus Job type: Full time The company client is a well respected insurance business who are actively seeking to recruit a Digital Customer Journey Manager to join their team based in Manchester. The organisation are right now in the process of undergoing an accelerated period of digital change, with a customer centric approach at the heart of everything they do.The ideal candidate will be a self-starting, experienced digital manager with a focus customer journey and optimising websites for conversion. Major duties for this role will involve: Delivering agreed website development plans and optimising websites for mobile, tablet and desktop. Using A/B and Multivariate testing to continuously improve the user journey across digital platforms. Working with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure that relevant data is at hand to facilitate digital improvements. Ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented to the highest level and to report on the results. Feeding and aiding the design of the digital strategy by championing optimised user journeys across all digital platforms. Background and competencies required: Proven management experience; this is a must. CMS experience. Budget and stakeholder management experience. B2B and B2C digital marketing experience. Conversion Rate Optimisation experience. Strong communication and influencing skills. A passion for all things digital.
