My client is a well recognised organisation in the North West, they are currently in the market for an HRIS Programme Specialist for a period of 6 months. The HRIS Programme Specialist is an HR Generalist role specific to an ERP Programme and the successful individual will act as a first line support dealing with individual queries and where collective users had the same problem. Reporting to the HR Work Stream Lead for the full duration of the programme, this role has a high level, broad range of HR process knowledge but is not required to be an expert in one particular area. You will have a proactive and collaborative approach and ideally come from a shared service environment to fully support both the team Lead and the Functional Leads as required. Good customer service skills and and genuine in in systems are essential in this role, whilst SAP experience is ideal we will consider candidates with experience in other systems and a general understanding experience within general HR or Recruitment processes.
