Part Time Marketing Manager - 25 hours per week The successful candidate will sit on the senior management team and report directly to the managing director. This position is directly responsible for the design and delivery of the marketing strategy and will have responsibility for the sales function of the company. As the majority of new business comes though the website, it is important that the person has an in-depth understanding of all areas of ecommerce and digital marketing. An understanding of sales trends and forecasts is also important. Duties and Responsibilities Strategic planning and budget management including forecasting sales and revenue. Strategic management of the ecommerce strategy, including both inbound and outbound digital marketing. Closely manage agency relationships. Manage and develop the affiliate marketing channels. Formulation and planning all offline communications including direct mail. Customer journey / experience management. Insight and market research to support product development. Managing a team of two. Experience required Design and development of a marketing strategy in a retail online environment Digital marketing including ecommerce and marketing automation platforms People management Budget planning and management Experience managing affiliate networks and maximising sales through partner channels Experience working with agencies to deliver successful projects to deadlines and agreed budgets Skills required Strong project management aptitudes Confident client facing skills Understanding of ecommerce development and analytics Educated to degree level with a CIM or IDM qualification (or equivalent) In-depth experience of both inbound and outbound digital marketing channels including the management of affiliate networks.
