Job Title: Account Executive Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 bonus OTE circa £35,000 Benefits: 25 days holiday bank holidays flexible benefits plan pension Location: Leeds Job Reference: 915947 Our client are a leading financial services company based in Leeds City Centre and are recruiting for an Account Executive to join their business within the motor team. You will be working closely with the Strategic Relationship Manager; generating new business, booking appointments, collating review packs and negotiating with customers. As well as generating new business you will also be managing an existing portfolio of clients Experience within financial services or motor is ideal however you may be a graduate with commercial acumen and some sales based experience. Your duties will include: Supporting the Business Development Team in order to hit targets by managing and developing existing accounts and focus on areas of new business development Identifying areas of risk with new and existing accounts and make considered evaluations to eliminate any potential risk areas Generating leads and booking appointments for the Strategic Relationship Manager Managing key areas within target such as bad debt, profit, margin, volume and contribution Compiling review packs Negotiating with customers Creating and delivering presentations across the business showing an expert understanding of company processes and products. The successful candidate will be target driven and have experience of building strong B2B relationships. A financial services background is not essential but would be an advantage and you must also possess the following skills and experience: Educated to A Level or degree standard Experience within financial services or motor would be desirable. Strong IT skills Confident in creating and delivering presentations to a wide and diverse audience Strong negotiation skills Project management experience Understanding of financial models Excellent written and verbal communication skills Target driven with previous sales experience Strong commercial accumen.
