Our client, a logistics and supply chain company in Maidenhead, are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their expanding team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. The office hours are 8.30 - 5.00. Food for lunch is provided. Key Responsibilities: · Daily banking receipts and customer allocation · Daily bank balance updates · Weekly payments to suppliers and bi-weekly operational service payments · Internal payments and postings · Monthly bank and supplier reconciliations · Post creditor invoices on to system Key Skills: · Previous experience in a similar role is essential · Ability to work in a busy pressurised environment · Good verbal, written and numeracy skills · Computer literate · Able to work as part of a team Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training and skills that they identify.
