Our client are an outsourced HR provider working with business owners/ Directors and HR Managers across the UK. They have an excellent reputation and a 98% client retention rate. They pride themselves on providing a personal and bespoke service which sets them apart from their competitors. With offices in Manchester city centre, Liverpool city centre and London the company have strong growth plans for the next 3 years including bringing their previously outsourced sales function in-house. The successful applicant will work alongside a Business Development Manager to help them to grow the business within the North of England. Working from the office you will support your Business Development Manager by undertaking research into prospective clients, making outbound calls to establish the decision maker and introduce the business, supporting marketing campaigns by following up information and following up leads gained via the website. You will make appointments for your Business Development Manager to meet with clients and present your solution to them. There is an excellent career path in place for the right person including the potential to progress into a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager. A negotiable salary of circa £18-£20k is on offer as well as an uncapped OTE of £25k in year 1.
