They have a central focus on the positive impact they can have on people worldwide tied in with a commercial focus for growth of the organisation to widen that reach and potential as time goes on. As part of a continued strengthening of their online presence and digital revenue stream they are making a few new additions to their digital team; one of which is a 'Digital Marketing Co-ordinator' Job Description Working within the Online Department you will help maximize sales/donations and traffic. Working closely with the Online Manager to help outline and execute the digital strategy and support the growth of the online revenue stream whilst providing support to the regional online Teams. This will include all other online marketing activity including Social Media, Affiliates, SEO, Partnerships. Being part of a charitable organisation. You will put the donor at the heart of everything and aim to increase donations, loyalty and retention. The ideal candidate must be extremely passionate about Digital and charity. Key Responsibilities Managing and developing PPC/Google Adwords marketing activities. Optimising online content and contributing to link-building work. Email Marketing - using Mail Chimp or similar (automated E-mail) to effectively communicate with donors, fundraisers and businesses. Managing campaigns, A/B split testing to improve click through rate and opens. Using SEO & Google Analytics to track and report effectiveness of social media and digital marketing campaigns. Updating the charity website What skills and abilities will I need to have? Marketing qualification or experience (Desired) Knowledge of SEO/SEM/Google analytics and Google Adwords (essential) Knowledge of WordPress Knowledge of html Strong analytical skills Good communication skills: written and oral English. Interested in developing your skills in the charity sector. Other Responsibilities Interest in digital marketing essential Minimum 2 years digital marketing experience Numerate and analytical Good Microsoft Office skills Highly organised with exceptional time management and project management skills Proactive mindset Confident communicator Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all communication is relevant and on-brand Manage data capture process for the customer database Work closely with marketing and digital team members Develop an understanding of the profile of the donor database and target appropriately, reviewing opportunities to segment and target specific customer demographics/user groups Continually review the performance of online campaigns against KPI metrics, test and implement improvements/enhancements This job was originally posted as
