Purpose ofthe role · Toensure the successful delivery of our award winning training programmes forclients including Williams & Glynn, BT, Sainsbury’s & SSE. You will beworking with some of our fantastic trainers and also very senior marketers soyou will need to have excellent people skills and be fantastically organised. · Youwill provide support to the Managing Partners to ensure efficient scoping,direction and timing of all training projects. You will also be required toprovide new business support. · Provideleadership, guidance and support to the Project Managers to implement anddeliver projects on-time and in-budget every time for the benefit ofOystercatchers’ clients. · TheProject Director will act as the link between the Managing Partners and theProject Managers and oversee the live and potential projects and ensure thateach is properly resourced and executed. · Itis important the Project Director is client facing and able to give clientsconfidence. Responsibilities Be the engine room of Oystercatchers toensure all training projects are created and deployed to perfection to deliverbest-in-class service to our clients. Demonstrate an intuitive &instinctive passion for delivering on time and in budget. · Build trust, value others, communicateeffectively, drive execution, focus on the customer, collaborate with others,solve problems willingly and creatively and demonstrate high integrity. · Demonstrate strong understanding of clients’business needs, market dynamics and requirements. · Foster existingclient business relationships and generate new income for Oystercatchers, beingresponsible for initial proposal generation and assistance with new businessopportunities in conjunction with MPs. · Exhibit ability to interact and co-operatewith all level & functions of clients. Deliver strong leadership and action inall aspects of project management. · Createand be accountable for all client proposals required to lead and run a project,following Oystercatcher’s standard way of working. · Supportthe Project Managers in their daily tasks to ensure the smooth running ofongoing project and plans. · Ensureconsistent and timely management of projects, with the delivery of all serviceswithin the agreed budget and at the agreed internal profitability ratio. · Keeptrack of time allocation against budget. · Ensurea case study is written up after every project and client feedback included.
