General Office/Accounts Assistant · Permanent · Hours :- 8.30am - 5pm Accounts duties · Posting of sales journals on SAGE 200 · Production of weekly/periodic sales reports (bespoke package) · Filing of invoices · Process sales invoices (low volume) · Manage sales ledger, chasing debts, posting remittances o Produce debtors reports · Generate sales invoices for sundry/secondary activities · Posting cash book transactions · Bank account reconciliations · Intercompany reconciliations · Cash/Sales reconciliations for retail outlets · Provide support/cover for o Price checking on stock invoices (high volume) o Post invoices onto Purchase ledger (data processing) HR support duites · Collation of weekly staff time sheets · Administration of staff holidays records · Preparation of wages data for submission to payroll bureau · Filing of all HR documentation · Maintain HR files · Provide HR administrative support to HR manager General duties · · · Manage the order process for sundry items (DERV, FLT gas, etc.) · Process “Cash Change” orders for retail shops · Process Retail outlet dispatch bags (internal mail etc.) · Provide assistance on small property portfolio · Administer staff ID badges · Provide general support for the accounts office Ad-hoc duties as required for a small account office This job was originally posted as
