Quality Control Returns Team Leader We’re British born and raised. We put down roots here in Wiltshire over 20 years ago and that’s where you’ll still find us. We believe in making things well. We use traditional manufacturing techniques to make our furniture at our own facilities, and work with partners to develop a rapidly growing range of accessories for the home. Only the best materials will do so we use wonderful solid timber, beautiful wool, and crisp cotton. And we’re growing quickly so quality control team needs to have a fabulous eye for detail. Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, you will lead a small team to ensure all returned items are checked for quality, and correctly processed, to ensure the high level of service our customers expect. In this busy position the ideal person will bring to us; · A professional, warm and engaging manner. · Previous experience in a quality control team leader role, with great skills in driving energy and pride within a small team. · Intermediate knowledge of Excel, with the ability to manipulate data, and have experience of using a Warehouse Management System. Able to pick up new IT systems quickly. · Excellent organisational and communication skills with Maths and English and GCSE grade C or above, and a good knowledge of health and safety in the workplace. · A genuine pride in your work and the innate desire to improve process and procedures Yo u will need plenty of initiative and flexibility in your approach, along with being passionate about detail and setting yourself high standards.
