A superb opportunity has arisen for role for an ambitious and success driven Team Leader to join one of the UK ’ s most well respected, professional and specialist recruitment businesses. Based in Bristol, you ’ ll head up a team of 2 strong billing consultants whilst building your own desk. This is a great role for a proven biller with management experience to continue growing a specialist technical white collar division covering roles across the UK and EMEA. Previous experience must include: · A minimum of 3 years as a Senior Recruiter / Team Leader (proof of target achievement required) · Have experience working within White Collar Technical recruitment for at least 3 years · Be perm bias however if you have worked on a freelance desk will be a bonus · Be a good motivator and encourage the team to work towards targets and personal goals as well as providing an outstanding service to clients and candidates · Communicating with client and candidates at all levels · Building long lasting internal and external relationships · Producing performance reports for Directors In addition, you will be required to: · Respect the company values which are to be honest, respectful and reliable at all times. · Be results-oriented and have the ability to plan for short and long term targets and have a strategic way of planning for targets to be achieved Day to day responsibilities include: · Working with the Senior Management team to produce yearly, monthly and weekly targets for yourself and the team · Build relationships with warm and cold clients and to identify and approach new clients through business development or meetings · Ensure the team are meeting compliance standards through vetting, referencing and meeting candidates in an effective manner · Agree and review targets and performance with the team · Identifying training needs and providing coaching · Execution of individual and team client strategies in lines with objectives · Holding regular team meetings to understanding of their objectives and targets Benefits include: · A competitive basic salary up to 38k · An attractive commission scheme with 0 threshold for the first 8 months · Leadership Academy · Spot prizes – including iPads, iPhones, holidays, weekends away .
