Jenkins Jacob is recruiting a hands-on CRM Manager on behalf of its FinTech client who is a leading provider of prepaid and credit corporate payment solutions for businesses across Europe, operating across a range of business sectors including travel, rewards, and incentives, media and production. Our client ‘s extensive portfolio of payments solutions help clients maximise profitability and reduce cost by transforming how they manage payments to suppliers, employees, and customers. Key Responsibilities: Create, develop and execute the CRM strategy covering the whole customer lifecycle and internal functions End to end project management of CRM projects including scoping, briefing, implementing and training. Supporting development of reports, dashboards and KPIs. Being able to look at processes and with knowledge of CRM being able to suggest improvements. Supporting tendering process looking at new CRMs, depending on the outcome of the tender process possibly leading implementation of a new CRM. Work across the business to support and deliver continuous optimisation of the functionality and processes that sit behind the CRM activity across the business. Supporting in the relationship management with CRM provider Qualifications/Experience: Pro-active and motivated individual Outstanding work planning and time management skills Flexibility and multi-tasking are essential Excellent communication skills, being able to interact at all levels within the business.
