My client, a well known name in the North West is seeking a HRIS Analyst on a 6 month FTC. HRIS/SAP (Success Factors) HR Specialist 6 month FTC - potential for permanent opportunity Salary - £34,000 - £42,500 SAP (Success Factors) generalist required with experience across a variety of SAP (Success Factors) module implementations - LMS, Performance & Goals, Talent, Compensation & Benefits, ECC, Recruitment & OnBoarding. Role Description Responsibility post go-live to keep up to date with new features to help with change management for the upgrades and to help with issues and enhancement requests. Is required to collate input from SMEs, cross function FLs and cross work streams as well as liaise with key HR stakeholders. Using knowledge of current processes and problems, provide input during configuration workshops (eg on work structures, work assignments etc). Assist with data mapping and migration by using data knowledge to review mappings and migrated data. Responsibilities Champion major HR initiatives/Process improvements to support & align HR strategy with technology Workshop facilitator, requirements gathering, responsible for business case creation and supporting technical implementations to delivery Business process mapping, process review, use case, activity diagrams skills, project scope definition, solution design, writing of business specifications which successfully delivered required changes Engage with multiple key stakeholders, liaison offshore project team Deliver system demonstrations and training of new solutions Create how-to guides/business documentation for various SAP and Success Factors modules Data Analysis - manipulation of large global data volumes Cross-functional Business Impact Analysis Assists in the testing of functionality, including review of test scripts and support of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Participates in HR discovery and process design workshops, business process design sessions, workflow development, and develops business Please apply stating your current salary and notice period.
