Location: Primarily Leeds with some work expected at other group offices This company is looking to recruit a Case Management Developer to develop software and workflows within the legal services business. You will be expected to provide applications support to end users and to enhance knowledge within the applications team. Key Responsibilities: The applicant should be accustomed to working with people at all levels within an organisation and be capable of dealing with both technical and non technical colleagues in a suitable manner. You should also be comfortable with dealing with colleagues outside the business, working with our partners to bring projects to fruition. - As an experienced professional, you will have the skills to mentor more junior members of the team and enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience. - Developing new 'intelligent' documents, workflows and applications in a structured manner - Documenting developments for training and support purposes - Training and mentoring other members of the team - Producing reporting from legal applications Experience / Knowledge / Qualifications - 3 plus years case management development experience in a legal environment - Support of case management systems - Experience of working in a structured development environment. - A proven record of delivery to include End-to-End technical implementation - A very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Knowledge of automation using Microsoft Office applications - Strong analysis skills. - Experience of writing documentation for both training and support purposes. - Highly organised with effective time management - An appreciation of customer service and experienced in stakeholder and business communications Desirable - Experience of programming in a .net environment (C#, - Experienced in Microsoft SQL Server, Reporting Services and the T-SQL language Why work for this company?
