Marketing Manager - 12 Month FTC Lancashire c30k plus pension, healthcare The Marketing Manager role is to apply an integrated approach to all brand activities to enable and encourage improved brand performance. KEY OBJECTIVE Identify opportunities and implement action plans in conjunction with the trading team to positively contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the Group and the brand TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute annual brand marketing programme with full budgetary planning and control Effective management of the EPD / NPD full launch process, liaising with the technical manager and buying team Brand guardianship - ensuring that all communication, packaging and literature is in line with brand identity Liaise with technical manager to ensure correct product technical information available at all member / customer facing communication points Own Brand Meeting - participation in and update and distribution of minutes from monthly meeting along with implementation of action points Delivery of internal brand communications programme (sales bulletin / presentations / sales meetings / exhibition) Delivery of external brand communications programme in conjunction with agencies, (PR / Social Media / Website / Group Magazine / adverts / industry awards) Management of Oracle, (brand asset site), including planning and directing new photography shoots Liaise with buying team to develop brand promotional programme Involvement with new Group services as advised by the MD Marketing Manager (maternity cover) job description TYPICAL CHALLENGES Working to tight deadlines Budgetary constraints The management of external agencies BEHAVIOUR REQUIREMENTS Passionate - about getting things right and keeping our promises Flexible - open to change and doing things differently if the result is Challenging - challenging of ourselves and colleagues to raise the bar.
