A Project coordinator / Junior Project Manager with proven experience of supporting the delivery of web development projects is currently required due to growth. You will be responsible with assisting with the smooth and effective running of multiple projects focused on achieving on-time, quality delivery. Projects will include a broad cross section of scope including content managed websites and bespoke application development. The Project Coordinator plays a central support role on a variety of projects, by efficiently and pro-actively managing all aspects of project administration. With a confident approach and positive outlook, they enable the Project Manager and wider development team to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities and skills needed: Take responsibility for maintaining the project workflow by updating key project documents and providing administrative support to the entire team. Set up, organise and supervise regular project meetings Manage specific areas of the project as delegated to you by the Project Manager Ensuring proper and timely communication of request objectives between internal and external teams Co-ordinate and allocate resources as work requirements change. First-rate digital and project management skills and a true interest in digital technology. You'll work closely with a range of stakeholders at various levels to understand goals and priorities, define scope and requirements, and project-manage requests. Work with the Project Development Team operating across multiple web development projects and business areas. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: Experience of process mapping and documentation Experience in coordination of web and application development projects Digital Agency experience (ideal but not essential) Highly organised with exceptional administration skills and flawless attention to detail Willing to seize responsibility you will be able to demonstrate good project planning & coordination Apply your knowledge of best practices to improve project processes.
