Permanent secretary job working for a well established legal firm based in central York. Your new company Our client are a well established legal firm with offices based across Ryedale and York. They are currently recruiting for a secretary for their offices based in the centre of York. Your new role This legal secretary job is supporting a busy department of solicitors on a daily basis. What you'll need to succeed That's why we are looking for a secretary who has excellent typing skills with the accuracy to match. Someone who can use a case management system, deal with clients over the telephone booking appointments for the solicitors and taking accurate messages when required. Someone who preferably has a legal background although they may look at non legal secretaries if you have worked in a similar environment. What you'll get in return This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.30.
