We are currently looking for a hard working Sous Chef to join this fantastic brigade, at a 4 star hotel located only 8 miles from Bath. This privately owned hotel consists of 37 en-suite bedrooms, elegant dining & sitting rooms and a bar. The restaurant within this hotel is proud to own 2AA Rosettes for their cooking; with the menu serving modern British dishes using the finest produce they can find, including herbs, fruit and vegetables from their own kitchen garden. This hotel is also busy with weddings and corporate events all year round. The Role: Run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef Assist in creating and implementing Seasonal menu’s Assist in leading the team in producing food at 2AA Rosette level Ensuring you and the team maintain high health & safety standards The Candidate: Previous experience at Rosette level required Must be confident and level headed Willingness to improve and learn new skills Ability to work as part of a team Benefits: 28 days paid holiday a year Competitive salary Immediate Start Career Progression in great hotel Salary £24,000 All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
