Brook Street are working on behalf of a local Pharmaceutical company who are seeking a Logistics Controller on a long term temporary basis with the possibility of a permanent role. Based in the heart of Watford, this company are striving within the pharmaceutical industry. Duties will include: - To generate the following in regards of the stock ordering process: a. In conjunction with the Business Analyst/Accountant ensure the Rolling Forecast (RF) and Demand Plan are aligned. Update TXT on a monthly basis with the latest Demand Plan according to the Demand and Supply Plan schedule. b. Run the TXT Supply planner, and review the outcome. Requesting adjustments were necessary. c. Verify that stock received was as per the TXT shipment plan. If not investigate. - To manage the stock: a. Constantly monitor and review stocks to ensure inventory levels are maintained within target but also avoid out of stock occurrences. b. Liaise with the various production plants and Supply Chain Group on supply/production challenges and continuous improvement opportunities/plans. c. Set up and manage the stock master data in M3 and TXT d. Receipt stock, process stock movements and post invoices onto M3. e. To maintain the stock balance reconciliation schedule. f. Generate the monthly Stock Obsolescence Provision required, maintain `Bad Goods` schedule and circulate to BU Heads. g. Manage the destruction of stock as required due to returns/damages/stock provision analysis. h. Book Training Room stock onto M3 and perform monthly stock count. i. Process and record Free of Charge (FOC) order requests as required. j. Compile Forecast Accuracy report monthly and circulate to BU`s for review and comments, consolidate for Management review. k. Compile Monthly stock (Top 10 MOH) reports for Head of Finance. l. Create the stock master annual PO in M3 m. Any ad hoc stock management duties - To support the operational requirements of the 3 business units. - To manage the performance of the third party warehouses: a. Review KPI`s and hold periodic review meetings with LSP b. Investigate stock discrepancies c. Manage co-pack/rework requests d. Manage returns process e. Arrange and perform annual physical stock count f. Process all stock movements on M3 as necessary to ensure alignment with LSP systems g. In conjunction with QA ensure all operations adhere to GDP requirements - To manage the Allphar requests for stock replenishment. - Ad hoc work.
