THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY Our System Designers perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. PROFILE We're looking for someone with a solid background in software development, with an emphasis on Microsoft and web technologies, who is comfortable working in an agile team environment and likes to learn and stretch themselves. You must have: Ability to follow common design practices (UML 2.0/SysML) and produce documents to a high standard Ability to communicate effectively between Customers, Project Managers and the rest of the Design/Technical Team Capability to adapt to workload changes whilst being conscious of customer timescales and financial pressures Ability to be proactive and recognise when and where support is required Ability to take opportunities such as designing/integrating new system components from scratch Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and willingness to share with the Team Flexibility to support process improvement and engineering efficiencies Excellent written skills and verbal communications WHAT DO WE DO FOR YOU?
