You will be accountable for maintaining an independent caseload from CNF submission to settlement or Issuing. It is essential that you are able to cooperate and work well within a team. Duties and Responsibilities Proactively working to settle claims on favourable terms for the client and within Asons operational policy Working within SRA guidelines Liaising with medical agencies, engineering experts and other relevant experts in relation to the claim Reviewing and assessing medical reports Contacting third party insurance companies and solicitors in a professional manner Ability to meet and exceed target in line with company policy Ability to action reports in line with company policy Providing regular and appropriate updates to clients Ability to assess prospects of a claim Liaising closely and reporting directly to your Team Manager and Head of Department Ad Hoc duties as per business needs The ability to work in a team based environment and be able to cover for people who are absent in your team Ensuring client cheques are actioned within the SRA time limits The ability to communicate well and appropriate specifically to the person you are interacting with Responsibly recovering special damages as per client instructions Ensure that cases are rotated and actioned within the Asons guidelines, ensure claims are easily understandable and ran efficiently and effectively. Ensuring an accurate WIP is maintained at all times To keep up to date with relevant industry policies and changes Be familiar with relevant disputes and issues with claims: Hire, Low velocity impacts and other issues. Ensure that all complain issues are raising to management level immediately To become an active participant in team briefs, attend and participate in training and showing respect to colleagues and understand ASONS values and vision. It is a requirement of the post to support management in achieving company objectives.
