We are working in partnership with a Sunday Times Top 100 Law Firm with locations throughout the country for the recruitment of a Compliance and Complaints Coordinator for their Watford Office. This is a fundamental role within the organization and will have responsibility for managing the complaints process for the entire company, from initial details through to a satisfactory outcome. Ensuring that all complaints and correctly documented and adhere to strict SLAs, liaising with the ombudsman and other departments with a view to resolving the complaint and escalating where necessary. Day to day communication with Lawyers, Insurers and other professional bodies including customers, policy holders and colleagues by email, letter and phone. You MUST have previous legal experience gained within a complaint resolution environment. The company offers great working conditions, excellent benefits and onward development.
