Working for a leading online consumer business, with a progressive portfolio of digital consumer services, changing consumer habits and lifestyles within the role of Head of CRM and Strategy Planning / Head of Customer Engagement / Head of Customer Marketing / Senior CRM Manager / Head of Relationship Marketing / Head of Lifestyle Marketing. As Head of CRM and Strategy Planning / Head of Customer Engagement / Head of Customer Marketing / Senior CRM Manager / Head of Relationship Marketing / Head of Lifestyle Marketing you will join a business investing in the tools, technology and brand strategy required to build a highly personalised customer experience. The role of Head of CRM Planning and Strategy will be an instrumental member of the leadership team and responsible for: Developing a customer-centric CRM system and strong below-the-line proposition. Build trust and reputation in the CRM program promoting a clear value proposition Work closely with Salesforce to extract maximum value from the multi-channel market automation tool investments Execute great test and learn strategies to enable the business to move from a transactional program to a more personalised relationship Build and lead a small team to focus the communication across the customer lifecycle Help deliver CRM commercial targets by building quarterly and annual plans from detailed forecasts Translate the new customer-centric plans into execution schedules by working with our Marketing Data, Analytics and the CRM Operations teams The role of Head of CRM and Strategy Planning / Head of Customer Engagement / Head of Customer Marketing / Senior CRM Manager / Head of Relationship Marketing / Head of Lifestyle Marketing will require the following experience: Expertise in CRM, customer data strategy, data management, content management, personalization, direct marketing, analytics, email and multi-channel operations with a view to implementing world class customer journey's An inspirational digital native with a track record of designing and delivering customer-centric change management programs A strong view on what content and creative drives a customer-centric CRM program and improves CRM metrics Marketing automation and journey based campaign design and execution Experience in managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders Flexible with excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task Knowledge of best practice and current trends in marketing with a specific focus on CRM/digital Intelligent People are a specialist Head of CRM recruitment agency This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/66794579
