Digital Channel Manager / Lead Responsible to : Head of Multichannel - Premium Fashion Department: Multichannel Location: Bury Hours: 40 hours per week Role Overview : We are looking for enthusastic people to join our ever growing digital marketing teams. This is a new role we have introduced to oversee the digital mix and deliver sales and traffic growth to the agreed budget and CPA targets. With a number of these roles open across the group we are looking for people with a range of experience to join the team, so if you already work across all the different channels - or if you are an expert in one and keen to develop your skills and move to a wider role we want to here from you This is a fantastic oppertunity for someone to come in and develop there own skills whilst also sharing their knowledge with the existing team Key Duties/Responsibilities: Working with the Head of Multi-Channel Fascia's to devise and deliver the strategy for driving traffic and sales growth across the digital channel mix by device type to achieve growth and cost targets Digital marketing channels including, paid, search, social, email and affiliates that meet growth objectives and cost targets. Continually track and monitor performance utilising performance data to ensure all channels are optimised Measuring activity against weekly, monthly, pa targets Budget management - define optimal budget deployment by channel against objective. Reporting - provide actionable learnings and optimising accordingly Engaging with all parts of the business to understand key drivers and priorities and the impact upon the development of digital channels Budget management - define optimal budget deployment by channel against objective. The ideal candidate for this role will have: Development and execution of innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns with the focus on increasing customer acquisition and retention Experience in digital channels e.g. search, paid social and/or paid search would be desirable. Ability to work within and adapt to an environment which experiences frequent change with an open, flexible and supportive approach to change and innovation Ability to identify weaknesses and opportunities and implement strategies to optimize performance. Strong commercial awareness, with a drive to achieve sales objectives and KPIs, and ability to control budgets and comfortable working under time and volume pressures Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment Capable team member and participant, able to solve problems individually or in groups and committed to personal development. Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail and an ability to plan, to prioritize and to escalate where necessary. Experience of using relevant software packages & Platforms , i.e. Microsoft Excel, GA 360, Adwords, Adobe, Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of sharing information effectively, in a clear, concise and professional manner Experience of planning and prioritizing their own time effectively, aware of their responsibilities and committed to delivering these efficiently Team management experience, ability to manage, delegate and support teams with varied skill sets in multiple disciplines.
