Our Sales team based at Head Office are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Team Leader; The right candidate - · Will be a self-motivated team player who is passionate about their work with a “can do” attitude · Excellent interpersonal skills · Ambitious · A natural networker · Confident communicator · Thrive in a sales-driver environment · Commercial knowledge to analyse market data and identify new opportunities · Persuasive and credible Computer literate Key duties include: Research organisations to find new customers and identify who makes the decisions Arrange meetings at customers' premises or over the telephone Find out what a business needs and work with buyers to plan proposals and negotiate best pricing Up sell products and services to new and existing customers · Communicate with customers to build positive relationships Create reports and make presentations to colleagues and senior management Identify new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns Forecast sales targets and make sure they're met Deliver training and junior sales teams Package & benefits Base salary £25,000 with an attractive productivity bonus, contributory pension and holiday allowance.
