Head of HR and Learning & Development, Leeds. £50,000 An acquisitive and growing professional services organisation is looking to appoint a Head of HR and L&D to lead a team of 6. This role is to be offered on a 6 month interim basis initially but could lead to permanent following this period. Working closely with the Managing Director you will develop and implement a HR and L&D strategy that supports and aligns to the business plan and planned cultural changes. Taking overall responsibility you will ensure the people strategy is translated to ensure it meets organisational development requirements. Following a period of transformation my client are keen to bring in someone who can support these organisational changes including TUPE, restructuring and redundancy exercises and any particularly complex ER activities. There is a considerable emphasis on employee engagement and brand development; candidates must be proven in the design and delivery of brand and be capable of leading and driving engagement utilising the many methods available.
