Our client is a specialist organisation in Milton Keynes who are currently experiencing, due to a defined 3-5YP, large growth in numbers and headcount across 4 of their locations. Working closely with the Divisional MD and wider directorate this role will play a pivotal role in the strategic input to the management of Human Resources within 2 distinct divisions. You will support the delivery of a comprehensive service to employees in relation to all aspects of the Human Resources function (400 staff onsite, a further 800 remote) including advice, support, coaching and direction in Performance Management, Employee Relations, Organisational and People Development. Key responsibilities: To support the business to meet its aims through the provision of appropriate HR strategies and high quality practices and procedures To provide expert advice to the Senior Leadership Team on the organisational development with a particular regard to its culture and the management, development and empowerment of staff Implementation of organisational structures which meet the business needs and ensure effective strategies are delivered that recruit and retain talented staff Development and implementation of staff engagement and communication strategies including partnership working with unions and employee representatives Manage and monitor data effectively and where required implement operational changes and service development to meet any issues or recommendations arising from audit and compliance reviews Manage and effectively lead a team of HR professionals (5 reports) providing appropriate direction, coaching and support. Encourage and assist managers in analysing and improving people management and capability through the use of performance management tools Candidates must be able to demonstrate their varied HR experience encompassing all areas of ER, OD, Talent, recruitment combined with systems and process review, enhancement and delivery. You will have worked across multiple sectors that allow you to evidence your experience of bringing change across more than one sector.
