We currently have an opening for a HR Systems Administrator to join their Head Office to support the configuration, maintenance, provisioning, operation, and ongoing administration of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors The Role • Manage day-to-day operations, annual talent cycles, and special projects • Interaction with the end user to gather change requirements and recommend feasible and effective solutions • Development of Technical and Functional Specifications for any Business Change which impacts SAP HCM or SuccessFactors • Deep system knowledge to make process and system changes, including configuration, permissions, etc. • Ensure consistent processes across solutions • Manage thorough testing of system changes in Test and Production environments • Coordinate creation and delivery of training for end users (Documentation/Training materials) • Ongoing support of end users coordinating and giving guidance in problem resolution • Interaction with SuccessFactors Support and SAP Support to manage tickets/resolution Working hours; Monday – Friday – office hours The Candidate; • Previous SuccessFactors or SAP HCM system administration experience including experience of basic configuration in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors • HR / Payroll qualifications (Desirable) • SuccessFactors Expert (SFx) Accreditation (Desirable) • Excellent attention to detail • Great analytical skills • A problem-solver • Ability to interpret complex data • Ability to work to tight deadlines and conflicting priorities • Sensitivity / commitment to diversity and equality and data security The Benefits; • Competitive salary on offer • Permanent opportunity • Great working environment To be considered for this opportunity, please apply directly through this website today Staffline Group plc operates as both an employment agency and employment business as originally defined in the Employment Agencies Act 1973 as amended by the Employment Relations Act 1999.
