Project Manager (Stream Manager) Stafford Salary £29,804.94 car allowance Two fantastic opportunities have arisen for the role of Stream Manager within the Trading subsidiary company of Stafford and Rural Homes, Housing Worx. This is a thriving and rapidly expanding company which offers excellent prospects for the successful candidate. The role will involve working with existing and new customers to identify their requirements for major refurbishments and plan their home improvements against an agreed performance criteria and objectives. The work comprises of external works including roofing works, facia and soffit, painting, and major refurbishment of domestic and commercial properties including kitchens and bathrooms. This opportunity would suit someone qualified in construction, maintenance or building surveying, with knowledge of Health and Safety requirements, building regulations, procurement and estimating. Previous experience in surveying is essential. Primarily based at our office premises on Staffordshire Technology Park, the role will focus on: · Managing contracts/contractors with specific reference to ensuring quality, compliance with specification, achievement of specified performance measures, customer focus and costs · Supervising and controlling works carried out to properties by Partners/contractors/work streams and to provide data to enable certification of accounts. To provide other reports on a weekly / monthly / annual basis as directed · Carrying out pre-installation surveys and conduct handovers of improvements in accordance with specification · Completing necessary drawings, schedules and documentation · Inspecting work on site to help ensure there is legislative compliance throughout the delivery of all works programmes. · Being accountable for income and expenditure, forecasting against profile spend.
