Service Manager Leading Dealership Merseyside SB48319 Basic £37,000 OTE £63,000 UNCAPPED COMPANY CAR Merseyside Service Manager needed for my client WHO ARE an innovative brand who has the deserved reputation for excellence. Due to their continued success and growth an exceptional career opportunity has arisen for a talented, professional highly experienced Motor Trade Service Manager with at least a minimum of four years previous Service Management experience with a proven track record. You must also have excellent leadership skills, be very hands on and possess strong people-management skills. This should be coupled with outstanding communication and customer service skills to be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and profitability of the Service Department. Motor Trade Service Manager required for our client a highly reputable dealership based in North West England, Merseyside, presently they are searching for a highly experienced Motor Trade Service Manager to be responsible for their large and very busy Aftersales Department at their state of the art dealership. My client is seeking a professional, dynamic and experienced individual who will be focused on driving the business forward during this exciting time of growth. You must be able to step straight into this position so experience in a similar role within a main dealership is essential. Setting monthly targets, budgeting, month end reports, dealing with health & safety issues, plus being fully involved with the interviewing and selection process for the staffing of the dealership including employment offers, disciplinary, staff appraisals. Motor Trade Service Manager Role: Manage and organise the service department in an effective manner ensuring high quality customer service Coordinate and direct all activities within the branch to meet or exceed service department targets Develop a competent, committed and confident team that consistently meets or exceed performance expectations Internal reporting, including monthly service department reports, performance reports and customer satisfaction Ensure all manufacturer regulatory requirements are met and inspections are passed annually Effectively manage a cost saving approach Provide product training and market knowledge You will personally be committed to the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction and able to motivate staff to improve in this area The opportunity to join a fantastic group that is renowned for supporting their staff in their development and career progression within the group.
