Due to continued success my client, are now looking for a driven and outgoing Senior Support Analyst to help provide dedicated 2 nd / 3 rd line support within the team. This role would be responsible for the provision of IT Support (2nd and 3rd line support) and Systems Administration. The successful Senior Support Analyst will be focussed on delivering on an excellent by owning, progressing and resolving IT issues with professionalism and proficiency. This role offers exposure to a wide range of cutting edge technologies such as Microsoft Office 365, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Firewalls and many more and is ideal for mid-level or senior support analysts looking to increase their experience and widen their skillset. The 2 nd / 3 rd Line Engineer will be responsible for the following: • Support all IT equipment and associated software/systems within the business • Provide support, knowledge, and tools to the business to ensure an efficient IT Service is delivered. • Responding to IT support calls that may arrive logged through the IT Services Helpdesk Software, via phone, e-mail and in person. • Ensure all calls are logged and updated on the IT Helpdesk System in accordance with set SLAs, maintaining a high level of contact with the customer along the way. • Escalating calls to and liaising with 3rd parties to ensure that calls are acted on in a timely manner Furthermore, the successful Senior Support Analyst will require the following technical skills & experience: • Windows Active Directory Administration • Knowledge of Cloud Computing Services (Preferably Amazon Web Services) • Knowledge of Microsoft’s Desktop Application Suite • Proficiency with Microsoft’s Client Operating Systems, primarily Windows 8.1/10 • Good practical understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP. • Knowledge of Office 365 Administration • Knowledge of Network/Firewall Management • Knowledge of ITIL Methodology The following skills and experience are desired for this Systems Engineer / Helpdesk role: • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Administration • Strong knowledge of Microsoft’s Desktop Application Suite • Knowledge of Helpdesk Applications • Laptops Imaging and Recovery • Knowledge or experience with VOIP This outstanding opportunity is located in a beautiful location in the south of Oxfordshire.
