MiHomecare, part of the award winning Mitie Company, are recruiting for a Care Coordinator to support our growing services within our busy Brighton office. This role is a split role and up to 50% of the role can include assisting with Field Care Supervisor duties. We are looking for exceptional individuals who can deliver a quality service and be proactive within the role. The successful candidates will be experienced in rostering and will also have had experience of delivering care to a wide range of customers. Your role will include: Planning and assisting the Registered Branch Manager in managing the delivery of all required care services. To actively take part in an on call system Ensuring that all area staff receive mandatory induction training, and further training as required Field Care Supervisor duties -Risk assessment and mentoring and/or staff supervision.
