The headquarters are based in Market Drayton, 35min from Shrewsbury (Shrewsbury was voted 2nd happiest place in the UK in August 2015). We are currently recruiting a Brand Manager for Muller Corner. The brand is the number 1 yogurt brand in the country and an iconic household brand in Britain. It has an extensive track record of innovations within the category. The brand is supported by significant media budget and a world class celebrity. The role: Your key responsibilities will be to: Develop the 3-year marketing strategy for your area of responsibility Execute the above strategy by leading projects including launch of new products: lead the project management process including management of complex projects, develop recipes, lead project meetings Manage day to day cross functional relationships and start influencing decisions at marketing leadership team level Accountability for the brand budget management Accountability for the performance of your area of responsibility: monitor, recommend, motivate, reward the other departments to drive brand performance Develop creative briefs, lead research and input into creative development of print advertising Analyse sharply brand & market information that are presented or sent to the whole company and/or the UK board and/or the Group board.
