Candidate Generic Experience Profile Person Specification: Client side experience Procurement document control and administration. Previous experience at a management level role in supply chain and or procurement in a commercial construction contract management environment connected to procuring goods and services on high value, complex major projects. Desirable to be aware of ‘ONR’ and that specific organisations relevant ‘TAG’s’ and ‘SAP’s’ and how this impacts on the supply chain capability towards (nuclear) safety and the site licence company’s obligations and compliance in such an environment. (For the Standards candidate I would stress this is highly desirable, almost even probably a prerequisite). Nuclear experience preferred, must have highly regulated industry background, eg: Pharma, Rail, Defence… Preferably five plus years on client side within the last five years. Default behaviour to be collaborative contract management environment Experience of contracts NEC 3 with FIDIC, Fixed price; Reimbursable and Target Cost (Incentivised Fee).
