Learning & Development Talent Manager - Hospitality & Branded Restaurants - Job Summary Our client is one of the UK's best loved hospitality & Branded Restaurant operators. The company are recruiting for a Learning & Development and Talent Manager working closely with business leaders across specifically Resourcing and HR, the role holder will identify skills gaps & development opportunities and deliver effective programmes that encourage and support the companies employees to achieve their full potential. Learning & Development Talent Manager - Hospitality & Branded Restaurants - Role Responsibility To formulate and implement the learning and development strategy across the organisation Design and delivery of leadership, management, performance, operational and customer service learning and development for front line colleagues to senior managers. Incorporating blended, cutting-edge, creative and innovative methods into an innovative approach to learning delivery Engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders to analyse, understand and document their training needs Creating, designing and managing the production of a wide range of development materials through appropriate mediums i.e. hard copy, e-learning solutions, classroom based in line with our agreed brand guidelines Working with the Talent and HR team on programmes to support employees development and personal growth Evaluating the impact of our development programmes and addressing any underlying issues identified Delivering first class customer service at all times Facilitating focus groups to gather information as required Working with the broader HR team on programmes to support employees' development and personal growth Develop the on-line learning and development capability of the organisation Learning & Development Talent Manager - Hospitality & Branded Restaurants - The Ideal Candidate L&D experience gained within the restaurant or hosptiality industry is essential CIPD membership highly desirable An imaginative and creative thinker, with experience in leading a an L&D team Significant experience in designing and delivering learning and talent programmes and solutions up to senior management level, with a working knowledge of instructional design techniques, e-learning, and what constitutes effective learning Good working knowledge of e-learning content development software, learning content management systems and adherence to eLearning standards Experience of working in a changing organisation with the ability to align quickly to changing priorities and circumstances Experience in a leadership or management role and in developing and delivering leadership, managerial and performance related training Excellent communication and listening skills Excellent project management skills and be able to manage the lifecycle of a project independently, including planning, budgeting, communicating and evaluation This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/66781382
