Sous Chef – Members Club – Monday – Friday – Central London – 20k Package A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef to join this modern Members Club in central London. The kitchen serves breakfast, lunch and dinner for the members each day. All food is fresh and seasonal so a great menu and a great number of customers. The kitchen serves fresh food, simply presented and packed with flavour. It’s a small modern kitchen and you will be working alongside the Head Chef and Kitchen Assistant. As the Sous Chef you will assist with the general running of the kitchen and will need to have need to have creative flair and help create dishes that celebrate the seasons of fresh produce. You will also assist chef with the day to day preparation and planning of the kitchen for service, this is a role for a hands on Commis Chef . The ideal candidate will from a similar venue or a branded restaurant and is looking for weekends off. Essential skills required are management skills, team player and hungry to learn.
